Information We Collect
When you request information, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number, state of residence, the type of insurance you are interested in, your preferred contact method and time, and any optional message. We do not request Social Security numbers, medical history, banking information, government identification, or payment details through this website.
The life insurance calculator runs entirely in your browser. Values you enter are not saved or transmitted.
Coverage-request forms also collect general qualifying answers such as age range, coverage goals, ZIP code, and household coverage preferences. We separately record your contact permission and optional marketing-email permission, including the language, version, and submission time. Requests are stored securely using Lovable Cloud and are accessible only to authorized SFG staff.
Optional Website Measurement
Only when you allow measurement, we record first-party visit and coverage-form events using a random session identifier, insurance category, campaign source, step number, and device category. These events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical information, or calculator inputs. You can change measurement preferences using the privacy controls at the bottom of public pages.
In-progress coverage answers are temporarily preserved in this browser tab's session storage for up to one hour and cleared after a successful submission. Closing the tab clears the session. Submission checks use a one-way hash for request limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in lead records.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. Information you provide there is subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and conduct consultations, and — if you separately opt in — send occasional educational emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and Text Messages
We will not send automated marketing calls or texts without your express written consent. You may opt out of communications at any time.
Security & Retention
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal or regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your information.
